Applications

Application Notes
Applications Validated by Active Motif:
WB: 1:500 - 1:2,000 dilution
Immunogen
This antibody was raised against a peptide within the C-terminal region of human ARID3A.
Buffer
Purified IgG in PBS with 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
ARID3A antibody (pAb) tested by Western blot.
Detection of ARID3A by Western blot. The analysis was performed using 30 µg K562 whole-cell extract and ARID3A (pAb) at a 1:500 dilution.
Background
ARID3A (AT Rich Interactive Domain 3A (BRIGHT-Like)) is a transcription factor which may be involved in the control of cell cycle progression by the RB1/E2F1 pathway and in B-cell differentiation.
